Legal
Terms, plainly.
Effective July 20, 2026
This site is where we show what Cheffy is becoming and where you can reach us. These are the rules for using it: short, because right now the site is all there is.
What this site is
A place to learn about Cheffy, join the waitlist, read what we publish, and apply to build with us. Cheffy the product doesn’t exist yet. Nothing here is a promise that it will ship on a given date, at a given price, or with a given feature.
What we show you
Images and descriptions on this site are concepts and works in progress. Prices you see are targets, not offers. When there is a real product with real terms of sale, those terms will be their own document, and we’ll say so clearly.
What you send us
When you join the waitlist, suggest a dish, report a problem, or send an application, you’re confirming it’s yours to send and true as far as you know. You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to read it, store it, and act on it; that’s it. How we handle it is in our Privacy page.
Don’t send confidential information belonging to someone else, and don’t send anything unlawful. We can decline or delete submissions at our discretion.
Our stuff
The Cheffy name, the writing, the images, and the design of this site belong to us. Read it, share it, link to it. Don’t pass it off as yours or use it to make people think another product is Cheffy.
Fair use of the site
Don’t try to break it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send spam. It’s a small site run by a small team; treat it like someone’s house.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it’s error-free or never down. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses arising from using it.
Changes
These terms will grow as Cheffy grows. We’ll update this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site means the current version applies.
